Things are ALWAYS happening around St. Philip’s. 
Here's just a sampling of some of what you might have missed.

Our parking lot was filled to brim with teenagers and adults early on Sunday morning. The hordes were on their way to Beech Mountain for a Diocesan Ski Day. They met for Eucharist and lunch with other teenagers from the Diocese, and then had an afternoon of skiing. Note that Steve W and Gordon M appear to recognize the futility of herding cats…

I have been promised action shots of the ski trip – we hope to get them posted online as soon as we receive them.

The following people control your destiny. These are the august members of the 2008 Ministry Council. Each lay member oversees a specific area of ministry groups. The Ministry Council meets several times a year to make sure that Team St. Philip’s runs smoothly. (Tucker models faithfulness and companionship for all those involved.)
