Things are ALWAYS happening around St. PhilipÕs.
Here's just a sampling of some of what you might have missed.

ItÕs All HallowÕs Eve, which means all good Episcopalians are preparing for celebration of All Saints on Sunday, November 2. (Yes, All Saints is really November 1, but we celebrate it in church this year on November 2É.) So, itÕs Box Day in the church office!

ItÕs brand new stories for both Godly Play classes from the new book, hot off the press! The story below introduces the communion of saints and how we are part of the larger story of this communion. There is much joy in the land that the materials arrived in a timely fashion for the actual feast day on the church calendar.

The office volunteers in the Parish Office were treated to an amazing feast and even better company this week. Carol was especially recognized as she is ÒretiringÓ from her longtime Friday morning stint as an office volunteer. She will be missed!

A fun time was had by all, especially since as all the volunteers work in different time slots, they rarely get together as a group! Jeanne commented that over the years, this group has put in countless hours helping out the church office.

You just never know what will turn up in the E-pistle inbox. This wonderful picture of Maria and Ameran at a school event appeared there last month, but wasnÕt found until today! (Note to self: clean out inbox more oftenÉ)
