Things are ALWAYS happening around St. PhilipÕs.

Here's just a sampling of some of what you might have missed.

A new year, a New PhilippianPix page! The Editor has been saving up, so some of these photos are NOT exactly from the past week. (The Official Office of the PhilippianPix would also like to thank special PhilippianPix Cub Reporters Maria, Cindy, Dorothy, and Mary S for generously sharing their pictures.)

Some St. Philippians rang in the New Year quietly, walking the labyrinth:

In November, St. PhilipÕs was represented at diocesan convention by two lay delegates (Julie and Bo Peep), by three clergy delegates (Ann, Maria, and Rob), and by a member of the diocesan Youth Council (Allison).

The Handbell Choir gave the gift of beautiful music on Christmas Eve.

St. Philippians have also been working behind the scenes as well. Mark and Ernie put together a flat file cabinet in November for the Archives Committee that was marked Òsome assembly requiredÉ.Ó

While Fridays are normally quiet days at the church, December 18, 2009 was a busy day. St. Philippians gathered for a memorial service: they worked in many ways and tried to keep the winter storm at bay long enough for the service to take place.
